FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long does delivery take?
    Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Metro cities may receive orders faster. Remote areas can take slightly longer.

  2. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders. No hidden charges at checkout.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

  4. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
    COD is available for most serviceable pin codes. Some locations may require prepaid orders.

  5. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, but only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  6. What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video.

  7. Why is an unboxing video required?
    The unboxing video helps us verify damaged, defective, or incorrect products quickly and prevents misuse of the return policy.

  8. How long does it take to get a refund?
    Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 working days to the original payment method. COD refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI.

  9. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your delivery in real time.
